Returning Goods

You can return the Goods in accordance with the law within 14 days from the date of purchase. However, the Goods must be in their original packaging, unopened, and unused. Used Goods cannot be resold in our case.

Procedure for Returning Goods

Please carefully pack the unused and undamaged Goods and ideally send them to us as an insured shipment.

Please include the document "Withdrawal from the Contract" in the package, a sample of which is provided below. How will we refund your money? We will refund the money for the returned Goods to your bank account indicated in the document "Withdrawal from the Contract," see below. You can expect the refund within 7 working days from the receipt of the shipment containing the undamaged returned Goods. Please note that you bear full responsibility for the Goods until they are returned. Also, keep the shipment tracking number. Do not send the returned Goods as cash on delivery. We do not accept cash on delivery shipments.

Consumer notice: The seller is entitled under § 10 para. 4 of the Consumer Protection Act for Distance Selling to require the consumer to reimburse the reduction in the value of the Goods that occurred due to such handling of the Goods that exceeds what is necessary to ascertain the properties and functionality of the Goods.
