We operate an online store at the website aliverbeauty.sk.
In providing our services - selling goods and operating our website, we process certain personal data.
The processing of personal data is governed primarily by Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and Council of 27 April 2016 on the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (“GDPR”).

A. Processing of Personal Data in the Case of Using the Contact Form
If you contact us regarding our products and services, we will work with your contact information that you provide to us, mainly through the contact form. These are personal data including: first name, last name, address, company information, phone number, and email contact.
For what reason?
Based on the personal data provided, we will subsequently contact you regarding our product offerings.
On what legal basis?
This is processing based on Article 6(1)(b) GDPR – the performance of a contract, or taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract.
If you do not provide us with this personal data, we will not be able to communicate with you regarding the conclusion of a contract for the delivery of our goods or the provision of our services.
How long will we process personal data?
Unless we establish further cooperation, we will process your personal data for a maximum of 2 years from our last communication.
B. Processing of Personal Data in the Case of Purchase
If you make a purchase with us, we will work with the personal data that we need from you to ensure the conclusion of a contract for the provision of our goods or services. These mainly include billing information: first name, last name, address, company information, phone number, and email contact.
For what reason?
We need to process personal data to fulfill our obligations arising from the contract – delivery of goods or provision of services. Using the contact information, we will also communicate with you regarding the status of your order, any claims, or your questions.
We will further process personal data to fulfill our obligations arising from generally binding legal regulations (mainly for accounting and tax purposes, or for handling claims and others).
On what legal basis do we process personal data?
This is processing based on Article 6(1)(b) GDPR – the performance of a contract and Article 6(1)(c) GDPR – the fulfillment of our legal obligation.
If you do not provide us with this personal data, we will not be able to conclude a contract with you for the delivery of our goods or the provision of our services.
How long will we process personal data?
During the delivery of goods or provision of services, and then for 2 years from the last provision of such services or delivery of goods.
C. Newsletter (Commercial Communication)
If you have purchased goods or services from us and have not explicitly refused to receive marketing notifications, we will use your email address to send our marketing notifications.
On what legal basis?
This is processing based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR – our legitimate interests, which are marketing communications targeted at our customers.
How long will we process personal data?
For 2 years from your last purchase. If you do not wish to continue receiving our marketing notifications, you can unsubscribe at any time via email, or you can contact us at: info@alderi.sk or info@aliverbeauty.sk.
II. Who will have access to the data?
Your personal data will remain with us. However, some companies or other persons work for us and have access to your personal data because they help us operate our online store. These include:
- the operator of the online store platform Shoptet (Shoptet a.s., based at Dvořeckého 628/8, Břevnov, 169 00, Prague 6, Czech Republic, Company ID: 289 35 675, registered at the Municipal Court in Prague, section B insert 25395)
- companies involved in the dispatch of goods
- companies involved in payment processing
- email service provider
- marketing agency
We process personal data only within the territory of the European Union.

If you believe that we are not handling the data correctly, you have the right to file a complaint with the supervisory authority, which in our jurisdiction is the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic, or to take legal action.
